 My first ever wonderful starting on freelancing

My teacher first encouraged me about freelancing. Guide me through the process of freelancing. I didn't have an internet connection on my laptop. I connect with a USB cable.

USB cable: Use a USB cable to connect your phone to a computer and transfer internet, music, photos, and other files in both directions.

Follow these steps to set up internet tethering. 

 i. Connect the phone to a computer or laptop by using a cable.

ii.  Open the setting apps.

 iii.  Choose more, and then choose Tethering and mobile hotspot. 

iv.  Place a checkmark by the USB  tethering item.

My teacher downloaded Google Chrome with to tutorial on his phone. I open by Google chrome.

My teacher Grammarly downloads apps. I check grammar by typing.

Sir help me to create a unique Facebook profile ID. Now my Facebook profile is a unique id.

Unique ID: Facebook A unique ID number or your user ID is a string of number that does not personally identify you but does connect to your Facebook profile. You have a user ID automatically, whether or not you choose to create a username. Anywhere with your user ID can see your profile.

 I opened a blog account with my teacher's help. He helps with blog setting with the tutorial on the phone. Teaches how to post a blog, how to design and blog headlines. Gives ideas about common, uncommon, emotional, powerful words in the headline. I post the 1st blog with his help. I will post 2 more later. I always follow and read his blog post.

Blog Account: A blog is a discussion or information published on the world wide web consisting of discrete, often informal diary-style text entries. Posts are typically displayed in reverse chronological order, so that the most recent post appears first, at the top of the web page.

Follow these steps to create a Blog account.

 i. Sing in a Blogger.

ii. On the least click the down arrow.

iii. Click new Blog.

iv.  Enter a name for your Blog.

v. Click next.

vi.  Choose a Blog address or URL.

vii.  Click save.

Then I create a 240 hour Schedule of 120 days in Google Sheet as per his instructions. Now I work by following the Schedule every day. I work 6 hours a day.

Google sheet Schedule: Google sheet is a spreadsheet app on steroids. It looks functions much like any other spreadsheet tool because it’s an online app. It offers many more spreadsheet tools.

 Here’s how to step your daily, weekly, or monthly planner using google sheets.

·        Step 1: Go to a google sheet and click here.

·        Step 2: Choose Schedule template

·        Step 3: Set the starting date.

A Freelance job is one where a person works for themselves, rather than for a company. While Freelancers do take on contract work for companies and organizations, they are ultimately self-employed. Freelance is not considered employees by the companies they work for, but rather contractors. Freelancing has very particular requirements like great time-management, client network, and Financial planning.

When I was searching online on how to earn more, I stumbled into an article about how to start freelancing.  I wanted to try freelancing while  I have a full-time job, but I was so tangled with my busy corporate life that I didn’t have time to do it.

1. Simple Steps on  How to Start Freelancing.
2.  Identify the things you can do or offer.
3.  List the things you want to learn.
4.  Create a portfolio.
5. Put yourself out there.
6.  Be confident.

      Freelancing means working remotely, having much more freedom, being closer to our children, becoming a digital nomad.
